Box came in perfect condition. However, upon opening the package there were multiple bent pieces and some broken welds on the pre-installed nuts. Make sure you have a long screwdriver, the one provided will not get this thing put together. I had to use some of my own hardware to make this work because of the broken nuts, as well as straighten out some pieces. The screw holes on the handles for the door were not drilled deep enough and the screws are so soft that I broke 2 screws while tightening them down and ended up using a couple handles I had on hand, but had to drill new holes for them. After all of the headache of putting it together, it does the job. The doors are pretty flimsy and the magnet doesn't hold vert well. You might want to find another way to hold them closed.Some assembly required is an understatement.
