After reading some reviews I was scared that it was going to be difficult to assemble. However, I recently moved houses and I’ve been buying a lot of flat pack furniture and by far this has been the easiest to assemble. I did it all by myself and I didn’t even use my drill. All I needed was a Phillips head screwdriver and a hammer on standby which I didn’t end up using. The tracks of the sliding drawer come attached already and the holes are pretty accurately drilled. There are only two types of screws which look similar and both use hemlocks so be careful not to mix the two. As is the case with all hemlocks, as long as you have them facing the right way, you shouldn’t have any trouble with assembly. They even provide you with glue for the dowels. It’s pretty sturdy and not too heavy. I plan to use it both as a vanity and a study desk. I have high hopes for this one. Please note that they don’t provide extra hardware, just the exact amount you need, which is good for the environment but bad if you lose something in the process of assembly.
