The cart is not 18 x 30. It is 24 x 36. It does not fit where I needed it so it is going in the garage. The wheels do not push on nor would a rubber mallet do the job as instructed. They have to be beat on by a very strong person. Also the instructions jump from #6 to #8 - not a good sign. We'll see. Very disappointed that I can't use this where intended. The sizing should be pretty basic info people!
