CAPACITY The SafeRacks Wall Shelves hold a total of 500 lb per pair (250 lb per shelf), easily storing anything you throw at it.

I’ve now bought two of these. I think they are expensive but they are well made. They are relatively easy to put up, and included all the hardware! We have them in our garage so I can’t speak to the rust question, but they are great for storing heavier bins on.
