I don't do reviews for products that I purchase from Amazon, but I will for this one. This shower system is awesome. I can spend all day under the waterfall shower. The body sprayers and handheld wand are strong, and all can be used simultaneously are in any pairs. My plumber was impressed with the quality of the parts and did not have any issues with installing.Now the main reason I chose to write this review is because of the great customer service that I received from the company and particularly Enga- the customer service rep. I bought this item in late December 2021 but didn't have installed until July 2022. After about a month the warm LED lights stopped working. I sent a general question to the seller asking what to do to get the lights working again.I had a response from Enga the next morning that it sounds like the LED is broken, but not to worry she will ship me a new shower head, all she needed was my address. I sent her my address via the Amazon platform, and this morning when I woke, I had a text message from FedEx informing me that a shipment was on the way.My point is this, I was not looking for the company to send me a new shower head, as far as I was concerned, I was outside of any warranty period. Enga immediately offered the perfect remedy to my problem. This company makes quality products and stand behind their products.
