I have a 5 star even though that mistakenly sent the wrong color book case. I right away and Samantha from customer service was so nice and within a very short amount of time contacted to me to say that Bush Furniture was very sorry for the delay and that a white bookcase was on the way. I received it on 5 days. I am a 77 year old women and I was able to put it together all by myself. The instructions were very clear. The size fit perfectly in my coat closet and suits my needs. It's pretty sturdy and weighs about 50 lbs. I was taken away by their customer. Could not be happier with the service they provided. Would certainly be from this company again.
