After putting it together and making sure everything is tightened without stripping anything it wheeled fine down the hall. The first day of use with products that weren't heavy were placed on the shelves the arms that connect to the pushing handle came disconnected from the upright frame. It has not stayed connected since. It became wobbley. Once was excited to get the item but now very disappointed. Of course I missed the return time.
