I was skeptical about buying, because of the small amount of reviews. We bought this to create a storage room inside the house. I don’t have it in the garage, so let me explain about how our experience was with the product. It wasn’t difficult to put together with a rubber mallet. It is strong, and not flimsy. The shelves are deep for ample storage, others similar to this unit are not as deep. We bought four of them, and did an L shape. Everything arrived in tact, and there was no damage. This design is less flimsy than others with a keyhole design. Would repurchase, and everything arrived on time. You can L bracket the shelves to a wall, or bolt them together like we did for additional support. So for creating an indoor storage room, this product is sturdy and easy to adjust the shelves for whatever height you need.
