when i started to assemble the cart only half of the instructions were in the box, NONE of the connections between the metal cabinet and where it fits into the brackets on the four legs fit, I went to the manufactures website and found the installation instructions for the cabinet, to followed it and because of the poor quality of the connections you cannot put it together like that. I am a licensed aircraft mechanic putting things together isn't a problem, finally assembled it and added 8 screws into the connections where the top and bottom of the cart meet, if the cart ONLY has a load on it , won't come a apart but if you need to lift it nothing keeps it from coming apart
