Assembly required. Color Gray
Grey. Very easy to assemble. The parts are, themselves, pictoral assembly instructions. I was glad to see that the casters are stem casters, not plate casters, so there aren't holes in the bottom tray with protruding bolt heads. I put the casters in first and used my weight, not a hammer, to press them in fully. I was happy to see that the 4" wheels were the variety with a hard hub and a softer grey rim. The listing showed the simpler fully rubber type of wheel. This seems an upgrade that will be easier on indoor floors. I'm happy with the trays, the material seems substantial enough and the interior corners are filleted so it will be easy to clean. I'm using this for a sewing machine, a serger, and a lot of their paraphernalia. The machines fit easily on the top shelf. I'd been keeping these things in a linen closet and retreiving them individually was tiresome. My machines are substantial so my manner of use is top-heavy. I hip-bumped the cart from the side and it seems safe from someone dashing by to tend an household emergency. I could keep the machines on the bottom shelf if I were more concerned. I considered other carts with integral tool trays but decided, for my use, the dirt and clutter they'd collect outweight the convenience.
