As with many other people I suffer from severe migraines and I will try just about anything to get some relief. I have to admit I was skeptical of this product but the reviews of other buyers convinced me to try it. The package arrived quickly and the company even throws in a trial "relaxation" scent. You can smell these as soon as you open the bag and they are heavenly. I used the first one when my migraine level was at about a 4/10 and although it didn't necessarily take it away it did add a spa like quality to my shower and overall helped me to relax. I placed the steamer right out of reach of the shower spray towards the wall. I noticed that this placement kept the scent in one area helping it last longer and magnified its intensity. It also lasted through my entire shower which included an extra conditioner treatment and shaving my legs so that was a nice surprise.
